Information

We recommend that you take advantage of the early registration fee. Early bird registration is highly recommended because in October it is still high season for the tourism sector in Antalya. You can find information about registration fees and services below.

Certificate of Attendance

All participants who register to the conference will be given a certificate of participation in online PDF format and/or as a signed document.

Conference Bag

Pen, notepad, etc. in the conference bag. Such materials will be delivered to the participants at the conference foyer area.

Scientific Program & Abstract Book

The scientific program and the abstract book will be delivered in the conference foyer area.

Badge and Pocket Program

The badge to be delivered will be used during the conference. The pocket program, which is placed in the badge holder for easy access, will also be delivered during at the registration desk.

Coffee Breaks

Hot and cold beverages and cookies will be served as an open buffet between sessions.

  • June 15 - August 15, 2023: 50% refund
  • After August 15, 2023: No refund
  • All refunds will only be made after the conference
